Starting this week, Zoom reseller partners are authorized to resell Zoom's employee experience platform, Workvivo. Acquired last year by Zoom, Workvivo was previously available through a referral program. This shift follows Meta's discontinuation of Workplace by Meta, naming Workvivo its preferred migration partner.
Zoom's push to empower partners has led to new incentives, including up to 10X monthly recurring revenue SPIF for referrals and up to 20% rebate for resale transactions. Mark Jenkins, Zoom's head of global alliances, highlights a unified go-to-market strategy aiming to streamline collaboration between partners, customers, and teammates.
With an estimated revenue of $4.5 billion, Zoom is leveraging this partnership to capture the audience left by Meta, potentially posing a threat to competitors like Happeo and Microsoft. Having already entered the contact-center-as-a-service (CCaaS) market two years ago, Zoom continues to expand its foothold amidst intensifying competition from Microsoft, which recently entered the CCaaS space.
